Vending Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Peach Festival scheduled for September 5-8th, 2024. The 2024 Peach Festival will again be located at Academy Park, Lewiston, NY.

The opening and closing times each day are:     

Thursday  5/7   5:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Friday       6/8  5:00pm to 11:00pm

Saturday  7/9   11:00am PARADE TIME

Saturday  7/9   11:00am to 11:00pm

Sunday     8/10 11:00am to 11:00pm

Returning vendors will be given site selection priority; however, the Peach Festival Field Chairperson reserves the right to relocate any vendor in the event of conflicts and due to the change in overall site plan.

Participation application “Acceptance” is signified by return of the food vendor, exhibitor, artisan, or not-for-profit agency application, via mail, counter-signed by the Peach Festival Field Chairperson. The Peach Festival Field Chairperson will review all applications and reserves the right to change or reject an application and/or selected items for sale.
